Digital designs & patterns

Because digital designs are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is defective or you were charged in error, email support@magiclinestudio.art within 14 days and we’ll make it right. If you’re in the EU/UK, purchasing and downloading immediately means you may waive the statutory withdrawal period for digital content.

Kit codes

Kit codes are single-use and are considered redeemed once applied to unlock a design. If you bought a code in error and haven’t redeemed it, contact us within 14 days.

Physical kits & original art

Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the item price (you cover return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect). Email support@magiclinestudio.art to start a return and we’ll send the return address. Damaged or defective items: contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Made-to-order & print-on-demand

Made-to-order and print-on-demand items are produced specifically for you and are not returnable except where they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect—in which case contact us within 14 days for a replacement.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days; delivery times vary by destination and carrier, and made-to-order/print-on-demand items include the production time shown at checkout. Shipping costs and any taxes are calculated at checkout; international customers may be responsible for import duties.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days. Refunding a digital design revokes your access to it.
